Azerbaijani and Estonian Foreign Ministers discuss abolition of visa regime between two countries

APA reports quoting Estonia’s Foreign Ministry that the meeting focused on the bilateral relations, present situation in the South Caucasus, cooperation in economy and especially in the sphere of energy. Urmas Paet expressed his hope that Azerbaijan’s permanent embassy would soon be opened in Estonia. He said that two countries would sign agreement on avoidance of double taxation by the year-end.
“As regards the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, we hope this problem will be solved with mediation of OSCE Minsk Group. Azerbaijan is an important energy supplier and transit country. We are interested in delivering energy resources of the Caspian Sea to Baltic Sea regionâ€, he said.
The ministers also discussed abolition of visa regime between the two countries, exchange of experience in the sphere of culture and tourism.
