Khazar Irahim: â€œNo place for the fourth state in the South Caucasusâ€

The status of Nagorno Karabakh will be determined only within the framework of Azerbaijanâ€™s territorial integrityâ€, said Khazar Ibrahim voicing attitude to the statement of Armenian new foreign minister Edward Nalbandyan, APA reports. He said it would be better if Armenian leadership would inform the community about the real situation than mislead it. Touching upon the Nalbandyanâ€™s statement about the increasing of Azerbaijani military budget, Khazar Ibrahim said no country especially Armenia could interfere in the internal affairs of Azerbaijan. â€œIf they really want peaceful solution of the conflict, they should withdraw their occupying forces from Azerbaijanâ€™s territory. Otherwise it will cut the diplomatic opportunitiesâ€. Khazar Ibrahim said Armenia was more militarized than Azerbaijan for its GDP per capita and it showed that they had no willingness to abstain from the occupying and aggressive policy.
