Item on conflict settlement included in Kiev declaration of BSEC Foreign Ministersâ€™ Council on Azerbaijanâ€™s initiative

On the initiative of Azerbaijan, the item on the settlement of the conflicts in the territories of Organization of Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) members has been included in the declaration adopted in the 18th meeting of BSEC Foreign Ministersâ€™ Council in Kiev, Azerbaijanâ€™s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Ukraine Talat Aliyev told APA. The Ambassador said that the item had been included in the document with persistence of Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Mahmud Mammadguliyev. Mr. Mammadguliyev addressed the meeting and shared his views about the prospects of the organization.
At the end of the meeting, Ukraine handed over the chairmanship to Albania. Albania will chair the BSEC Foreign Ministersâ€™ Council as from May 1.
