He suggested concrete steps. In the international language, the Russian steps mean the occupation of territory of one country by another oneâ€, Dmitriy Manchavidze, Georgian Deputy Minister for the Conflict Solutions told APA in his exclusive interview. He said talks about the independence of Abkhazia and South Ossetia and separation of subjects from Georgia were twiddly claims. “Despite that we don’t refuse the negotiation process. We are ready to negotiate with Russian counterparts to the last and to develop the dialogue henceforthâ€. He said there were people in Russia, who understand the possibility of the solution through the dialogue. “We have to work with these people, but it seems different line becomes a priority. We will continue our efforts till the end, but it is not clear when it comes to endâ€.
