APA European Bureau reports that Samad Seyidov, the Chief Delegate of Azerbaijan to PACE has also delivered a speech at the discussions. Seyidov expressed his disagreement with the report of made by Special rapporteur on Armenia John Prescott, who had observed the presidential elections and the developments taken place after the elections in Armenia. Seyidov stated that the people had killed and hundreds of them had been arrested in Armenia. To him, since when have all these been included in CE standards?
