BSEC Foreign Ministers Council outlines program of meeting on April 18

Baku. Tamara Grigoryeva-APA, Turan Huseynova-APA. 18th meeting of the BSEC Foreign Ministers Council will be held in Kiev on April 17, APA reports.
Ukraine will stop to chair the organization. Deputy Foreign Minister Mahmud Mammadguliyev will represent Azerbaijan at the meeting. Ukrainian Deputy Foreign Minister Vladimir Ogryzko will preside over the meeting, BSECâ€™s Press Service told APA.
The meeting will pass decision on rapid construction and discuss reforms on this sphere. Moreover, Greek Development Fund will be established officially. The fund will be engaged in realization of various projects. Kiev Declaration on the outcomes of cooperation between BSEC and EU, as well as observation status of several countries in BSEC will be adopted. Albania will chair the BSEC. Chairmanship of Albania to BSEC will be realized on May 1, 2008 and end on October 31, 2008.
