Three Azerbaijani candidates for judgeship in ECHR were interviewed in the Subcommittee on March 13, 2008.The interview was confidential. Subcommittee has prepared the opinion on judges and submitted it to PACE Bureau.
Three judges – Khanlar Hajiyev, Rashad Hasanov and Aygun Abdullayeva have been interviewed. One of them will have right to represent Azerbaijan in ECHR.
