Ali Hasanov: â€œMiklosh Haraszti gives his unprofessional approach to situation of Azerbaijani media awayâ€

He said OSCE representative should base his opinion on the facts, but not on the individual opinions: â€œStatement of the representative of such serious organization like OSCE on the situation of media in Azerbaijan should be based on the facts, but Harasztiâ€™s statement is full of emotional and subjective opinions. Unprofessional approach to the estimation of the Azerbaijani media gives itself awayâ€. Ali Hasanov expressed his opinion about the broadcasting of the materials spread by the General Prosecutorâ€™s Office related to â€œAzadligâ€ newspaperâ€™s reporter Agil Khalil. â€œThe General Prosecutorâ€™s Office is responsible for actuality of the materials and reflection of real facts in it and should be ready to prove it in the court. I believe that the General Prosecutorâ€™s Office will prove the actuality of spread information. Campaign has started in the Azerbaijani media around this issue. Unfortunately some media representatives of Azerbaijan and various international organizations have been involved in this issueâ€.
