Baku. Elnur Mammadli-APA. Rovsat Gasimov, Chief of International Affairs Department of Azerbaijan’s Central Election Commission (CEC) has left for Montenegro to observe the presidential elections on April 6. The Commission’s Press Service told APA that CEC representative would be in the Election Observation Mission of OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights.
The observation mission will stay in Montenegro by April 9.
Azerbaijan has been observing elections in different countries with OSCE Election Observation Missions since 2000.
