Baku. Elnur Mammadli-APA. Five opposition parties - Azerbaijan National Independence Party (AMIP), Musavat, Democratic Party and Public Forum for Azerbaijan- withdrew the thesis of political block from the draft agreement to be signed between them, Ali Orujov, Press Secretary of the Azerbaijan National Independence Party told APA. He said the parties were continuing the negotiations on the agreement of cooperation and they would hold last round on Wednesday. The agreement is about to be signed in the next few days, if they will reach an understanding tomorrow. The agreement will undertake the five opposition parties to cooperate and to carry out joint monitoring during the presidential elections, not to campaign against each other, to take united stance on the staff of election commissions, to prepare joint report on the election results and other issues. Ali Orujov said they had pulled out the thesis of political block from the draft agreement, because they couldn’t reach a consensus on this issue. “Some parties considered that it was early to establish the political block and suggested to wait”.
