We evaluate the progress in IPAP implementation every year and
in the context of these assessments, we hold in-depth discussions with
our Azerbaijani counterparts. We will have such discussions again this
spring. â€œOn the whole, we can say that many parts of the IPAP have been
implemented successfully. However, one should seriously work on other remaining objectives as well. The IPAP is an ambitious
program and Azerbaijani authorities will have to commit to a long-term sustained effort to implement these reformsâ€ he said.
