The co-rapporteur said the report covered freedom of speech, media and assembly, political prisoners and their detention conditions, preparations for the presidential elections, judicial reforms in Azerbaijan and implementation of National Action Plan on human rights.
Eugenia Zhivkova also said there were points on the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict in the report.
