Khasiyev noted that the decision would not have negative influence on Azerbaijan-NATO relations.
“Azerbaijan is represented in NATO’s peacekeeping contingent in Afghanistan. The Parliament can pass decision on the participation of Azerbaijan in NATO’s peacekeeping operation somewhere. Regarding Kosovo issue, this is a sovereign right of Azerbaijan and NATO leadership respects it.
