Azeri ambassador joins SCONA-53 on "Creating A Sustainable Global Energy Policy"

Washington. Husniyye Hasanova. Azerbaijani ambassador to the United States Yashar Aliyev attended the 53rd Annual Student Conference on National Affairs (SCONA-53) on â€œCreating a Sustainable Global Energy Policy".
Azerbaijanâ€™s embassy in the US said the conference brought together renowned speakers and students from across the country to examine an issue of national/international significance.
Yashar Aliyev delivered a speech on the global energy security, US-Azerbaijan relations in energy issues, Azerbaijanâ€™s role in energy security, Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan and Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum Pipelines and other grand projects in the region, and answered questions.
Azeri ambassador also visited the George Bush Presidential Library Foundation and the Presidential Library and Museum. He also had meetings at the George Bush College of Government and Public Service, and the Scowcroft Institute of International Affairs.
