Baku. Elnur Mammadli – APA. Deputy Chairman and Executive Secretary of New Azerbaijan Party (YAP) met with the ambassador of Confederation of Switzerland to Azerbaijan Alain Guidetti. The party’s press service told APA that relations between Azerbaijan and Switzerland were discussed at the meeting. Ali Ahmadov said relations have been established between the states in various spheres. The forthcoming presidential elections and YAP’s preparation for the elections were also discussed at the meeting. Ali Ahmadov said the elections will be in line with European standards, democratic and fair.
The ambassador expressed his confidence that YAP will achieve its goals.
