The three cases include: (No. 24271/05) the applicant, Elchin Nariman oglu Abbasov, is an Azerbaijani national who was born in 1964 and lives in Russia. He relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial). (No. 4439/04, the applicant, Ismayil Asgar oglu Ismayilov, is an Azerbaijani national who was born in 1947 and lives in Baku (Azerbaijan). He relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing), Article 11 (freedom of assembly and association) and Article 13 (right to an effective remedy). (No. 21674/05), the applicant, Natalia Onufriyevna Rahimova, is an Azerbaijani national who was born in 1949 and lives in Baku (Azerbaijan). She relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing within a reasonable time), Article 13 (right to an effective remedy), Article 8 (right to respect for private and family life) and Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property).
On January 17, the Court will also consider cases concerning Russia, Ukraine, Italy, Greece, Croatia, Bulgaria, Norway and Romania. /APA/
