Serdar Jalaloglu: Rasul Guliyevâ€™s statement on Supreme Assemblyâ€™s decision is of no importance

â€œWe know the reason of these positions. Therefore attach no importance to it,â€? he said.
Stressing that ADP insists on dialogue with the government, Serdar Jalaloglu said Azerbaijani President once made a statement on authority-opposition dialogue, but as this process is difficult, we should not haste.
â€œOur position concerning ongoing processes in the party is right. Akif Shahbazov behaved like a hooligan. His decision is groundless. Akif Shahbazov confessed his fault. But his confession is useless,â€? he said.
ADP Supreme Assembly chief Akif Shahbazov told the APA that Azerbaijani society is aware of Serdar Jalalogluâ€™s â€œtalentâ€?.
â€œHis opposition friends know his character. Whatever he says about me, I do not think it wil harm my social image. My colleagues and Azerbaijani society know that I am not a hooligan,â€? he said.
Shahbazov said ADP faces political crisis and the main reason is the Serdar Jalalogluâ€™s rebellion against Rasul Guliyev.
â€œThe process is not new. Rebellion within the party started after 2005 parliamentary elections when Serdar Jalaloglu together with his family visited Rasul Guliyevâ€™s family and Rasul Guliyev delivered ultimatum about leaving the ADP. The current process is the continuation of that statement. Serdar Jalaloglu is guilty in the partâ€™s political crisis. Rasul Guliyev always trusted him,â€? Shahbazov said.
Shahbazov said that the Supreme Assembly can not accept the proposal on Rasul Guliyevâ€™s leaving the party.
