Constitutional Court received 172 appeals last month

Constitutional Court received 172 appeals last month, the court press service told the APA. 53 appeals are considered in the meetings, rulings were returned on refusing 29 appeals.
Constitutional Court received 2,090 appeals in 2006. The Courtâ€™s plenary session made 11 decisions and returned 4 rulings during the reporting period. 9 of the decisions are connected with individual appeals, 1 with Prosecutor Generalâ€™s inquiry and 1 with reelections to the parliament.
Constitutional Court received 2,956 appeals in 2004 and 2,640 appeals in 2005.
The Court made 133 decisions and returned 21 rulings in 1998-2006. /APA/
