CE Committee of Ministers discuss Azerbaijani MPs’ written questions
Committee of Ministers had preliminary discussions and exchanged views on Ganira Pashayeva’s written questions “Actions of the leadership of Armenia undermining the Armenia-Azerbaijan ongoing peace process�, “Illegal activity of foreign companies in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan�, “Plans for “Shusha Liberation� monument in Armenia�, “The Anniversary of the Khojali Massacre�, “Grave violation of the principles of the Treaty on Conventional Forces of Europe by Armenia� and Rafael Huseynov’s written question “New threats by Armenia to the territorial integrity and cultural heritage of Azerbaijan�.
Azerbaijan called the written questions raised by the Azerbaijani parliamentarians, topical issues. Azerbaijani diplomats also mentioned the facts on Khojali genocide committed by Armenians, destruction of cultural monuments in the Armenian-occupied lands and continuation of aggressive policy. Azerbaijan asked the chairman of the CE Committee of Ministers to take a decision on charging the Secretariat with preparing answers to these questions.
Besides, documents confirming Armenia’s aggressive policy were given to the Committee members.
Armenia protested against it calling these issues provocation.
