Appeal of press bodies and other institutions on removal from 33, Khagani St. not met

Today Economic Court presided over judge Raziye Atashova has held the trial on the appeal of Azadliq, â€œBizim Yolâ€? newspapers, â€œTuranâ€? Information Agency, â€œYeni Nesilâ€? Journalists Union and some other institutions on removal from their residency situated in 33, Khagani St., the director of Azadliq newspaper Azer Ahmadov told the APA. The court kept November 24, 2006 decision of Economic court # 1 in force.
Ahmadov said that they will fight till the end and will appeal to the European Court of Human Rights after all the courts in Azerbaijan.
It should be noted that on the November 24, 2006 decision of Economic Court #1 those bodies and institutions were removed from their residency. /APA/
