YAP holds Republic Youth Forum

Republic Youth Forum was held by New Azerbaijan Party (YAP) today, APA reports. YAP Youth Unity chairman Ramin Hasanov spoke about the stateâ€™s care on the youth. He said that young men of Azerbaijan have always been loyal to the state and will do their best for the development of Azerbaijan. Noting that the Youth Day is celebrated in Azerbaijan after the Executive Order signed by the President Heydar Aliyev in 1997, Youth and Sport Minister Azad Rahimov said successful policy on the youth is pursued in Azerbaijan. Azerbaijani government has prepared Youth program determining this policy. The minister noted that 65% of the population is youth and Azerbaijani President is expected to meet with active young men.
Deputy Chairman, Executive Secretary of YAP Ali Ahmadov stressed the great role of the youth in Azerbaijan. At the end of the forum the participants appealed to the President. /APA/
