Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev is expected to sign an Executive Order on declaring 2007 “Youth year�, Youth and Sport Ministry has already appealed to the President, Youth and Sport Minister Azad Rehimov said, APA reports. He said that amendments and changes are expected to be made to the law “On the Youth�. These changes will afford an opportunity for the solution of some social problems of the youth. The Minister also touched upon the problem on mortgage lending.
“Mortgage lending is more preferential and low-percent-rate in Azerbaijan than abroad. More concessions mean free flats,� he said. /APA/
