Head of Kars Municipality: Armenians will not be invited to â€œInternational Caucasus Cultural Festivalâ€? held in Kars every year

Azerbaijani Ambassador to Turkey Zakir Hashimov met with governor â€“general of Kars Mehmet Ufuk Erden, the commander of 14th mechanical Brigade of Kars Major -General Erjan Okan and head of Kars Municipality Naif Alibeyoglu, press secretary of the embassy Gultekin Habibli told the APA. Habibli noted that the ambassador gave information about Nagorno Karabakh conflict during his meeting with officials.
â€œThe interlocutors assured Zakir Hasimov of not opening the borders with Armenia. And they noted that they attach great importance to the friendship relations and will support Azerbaijan every time. Each of them stated the impossibility of speaking about Turkey â€“Armenia relations until Armenians did not liberate occupied Azerbaijani territories, make amendments to their constitutions and did not recognize Kars Treaty. The head of Kars municipality Naif Alibeyoglu promised that Armenians will not be invited to â€œInternational Caucasus Cultures Festivalâ€? held every year in Kars. /APA/
