Rafael Huseynov said that Turkey has been one of the active members of the CE since it was established – 1949, the languages used in Azerbaijan and Turkey has the same root and the use of Azerbaijani and Turkish languages have a positive influence on the CE activity and suggested adding Turkish to the working languages.
