Azerbaijani MPs made speech on Armeniaâ€™s aggressive policy in PACE session

Parliamentarians Rafael Huseynov and Ganira Pashayeva made speech in the meeting. Rafael Huseynov said that hospitals function confidentially in Armenia, as well as in the occupied Azerbaijani territories.
â€œArmenians remove the organs of the captured Azerbaijanis in these hospitals. Such a hospital is at present functioning in Khankendi and in the south of Kerkijahan. This is a crime committed against humanity. We should be against this cruelty. I mention Armenia because it is the member of the CE. If we want to fight with the violations against children we should first start with Armenia,â€? he said.
Ganira Pashayeva said that despite international conventions, resolutions of international organizations on this problem, children still undergo violation, exploitation and insult.
â€œAzerbaijan pays special attention to the removal of this problem, I can mention the establishment of State Committee on Family, Women and Children Issues. We consider the establishment of Ombudsman Institution a positive step. NGOs can ply special role in this sphere. I can mention the activity of Heydar Aliyev Foundation. My country ratified international conventions on children and protecting childrenâ€™s rights is one of the main priorities. Innocent children were murdered, captured, their organs were sold, and they underwent violations during Armeniaâ€™s occupation of 20% of Azerbaijanâ€™s lands. The 15th anniversary of Khojali genocide will be marked next month. Armenian Armed Forces occupied Khojali and killed innocent people. Armenian Armed Forces killed mercilessly 43 babies during Khojali genocide. A number of children were captured during these events. Thousands of innocent Azerbaijani children were killed and thousands of children became refugees during Armeniaâ€™s occupation of Azerbaijani lands,â€? she said.
Ganira Pashayeva said that despite four conventions of the UN Security Council and PACE resolution 1416 Armeniaâ€™s aggressive policy continues and Armenian Armed Forces do not release occupied Azerbaijani lands. /APA/
