Draft law on Fight against dirty money laundry has been worked out and is to be presented to the Milli Majlis in a few days, workgroup working out the draft law told APA.
The experts of international organizations and US Justice Department also participated in the process. The meaning of dirty money laundry, the investigation and judgment of such crimes, items on financial organizations are placed in the draft law. It states that there is diversity on under which body the financial organization will be formed. Some want this organization to be under Republic Prosecutor’s Office or Corruption Fighting Department and others want it to operate freely. New article on dirty money laundry was added to the Criminal Code last year. /APA/
