Baku Major’s Office officials rejected Musavat’s appeal to hold a rally fixed for Nov 26, Musavat’s press service told APA.
Officials’ letter said that reconstruction works do not enable to secure protestors. The letter also notes out that, BMO set appropriate venues to hold rally. Deputy of Musavat Mehman Cavadoglu said that the government violated the opposition’s right to hold rallies by making various excuses: “There is no construction work on our route. Permission order concerning appropriate venues to hold picket has not been finished yet. According to the law, all the districts have to be allowed venues�. /APA/
