Court takes decision to remove organizations from Khagani Street

Azadliq representative Intigam Aliyev said that the pretendant solicited Education Ministryâ€™s participation in the court. The request was not granted. Aliyev said that the requests about presenting additional proofs and documents were not granted. The pretendant Namig Ahmadov said that the building was given to SCMPP on September 6, 1997 and since then the organizations situated in the building have not paid rental. The defendant said that Baku Mayorâ€™s Office gave the building unconditionally. Besides, the Committee has not appealed to the organizations to sign rent treaty. The decision was declared after the interval and was directed to execution. Aliyev said that they will appeal from the judgement. /APA/
