The lawyer met with Ismayilov in Gobustan jail yesterday and said that he showed the new facts in his appeal. Ismayilov stated that he killed Nadir Hasanguliyev at former president of â€œAzerenerjiâ€? Muslum Imanovâ€™s son Kamal Imanovâ€™s behest. He added that he did not throw the pistol to the sea, but gave back to Kamal. The lawyer stated that there are two new facts and they should be investigated.
It should be stated that Nadir Hasanguliyev was killed in 2001. Ismayilov said that the incident happened on the dispute, but the Hasanguliyevs noted that Nadir was killed at Kamal Imanovâ€™s behest. A search was initiated for Imanov. /APA/
