The statement says that the Azerbaijanis are concerned over the reports that Turkey-Armenia relations will be normalized.
“Maybe this step will cause the development of the region in future, but the genocide and other tragedies committed by Armenians against the Turkic people can not be forgotten,” the leadership of the society said.
According to the statement, Turkish government should take into consideration the tragedies committed by Armenians against Turkic people, friendship, brotherhood between Azerbaijan and Turkey, should approach the issue on reopening of borders more delicately and demonstrate the whole world its inadmissibility.
