Baku – APA-Economics. U.S. oil prices fell Thursday in tandem with the stock market, as weak U.S. and global economic signals combined with near-record crude stockpiles to weigh on prices, Wall Street Journal reported.

Light, sweet crude for June delivery fell 87 cents, or 0.8%, to close at $101.50 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange, snapping a three-session winning streak that led to a three-week high a day earlier.

The front-month June contract for Brent crude expired Thursday, rising 25 cents, or 0.2%, to $110.44 a barrel on the ICE Futures Europe exchange.
