In European stock markets, FTSE 100 index has dropped 0.28% to close at 6,547.80 points, Germany’s DAX by 0.42% at 9,764.73, French CAC-40 by 0.48% at 4,252.29.
In Asian stock markets, Nikkei 225 index has risen 0.16% to close at 17,478 points, Hang Seng – 0.50% at 23,976.04, and Shanghai – 2.42% at 3,312.82.
At the latest COMEX auctions, gold price rose $5.20 to $1,191.40 an ounce, and silver fell $0.18 to $15,95.
