In European stock markets, FTSE 100 index has dropped 1.05% to close at 6,501.14 points, French CAC-40 by 1.90% at 4,179.07, Germany’s DAX by 1.92% at 9,648.50.
In Asian stock markets, Nikkei 225 index has risen by 0.18% to close at 17,198 points, Hang Seng increased 0.01% at 23,922.43, while Shanghai fell by 2.22% at 3,212.55.
At the latest COMEX auctions, gold price climbed $9.80 and stood at $1,225.90 an ounce, and silver rose $0.15 $16.57.
