Parliament Autumn Session to discuss draft law on Creative Unions and creative personality

Baku. Elbrus Seyfullayevâ€“APA. Discussion of draft law on Creative Unions and creative personality has been postponed, Nizami Jafarov, Chairman of MM Standing Commission on Culture told APA.
He noted that draft law should be discussed at autumn session of Parliament, because several disputable issues were not solved.
â€œFinancing of creative organizations by the state has not solved yet. I consider that the problem will be solved till autumn session,â€ he said. Jafarov added that they were coordinated on financing of creative organizations by the state.
â€œWe are coordinated in this field, but several details remained unsolved. The fact is that, if creative organization is established, it will not have financial problem. The draft law should cover clear opinion on creative organizations to be financed by the governmentâ€, he said.
