Draft law on activity of voluntary has been discussed at the meeting. MP Azay Guliyev gave information about the document and noted that proposals and opinions of MPs have been taken into account during the discussion of draft law in third reading. To him, measures are taken on coincidence of the document with international legal norms. The document covers permission of parents for voluntary activity of juveniles. After discussions the document has been submitted to Parliament for third reading.
