Azerbaijani and Indonesian businessmen sign three documents on cooperation

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev – APA-Economics. Today, an Azerbaijan-Indonesia business forum was held in Baku. Within the forum, two countries have signed 3 documents on cooperation. According to APA-Economics, the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers’) Organizations of Azerbaijan Republic and the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, AzPromo and Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Azerbaijan’s Young Entrepreneurs Network and Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association have signed memorandums on cooperation.
Rufat Mammadov, acting as head of AzPromo, informed about Azerbaijan’s economy, business and investment environment in the country and invited Indonesian companies to collaborate with Azerbaijani businessmen. He noted that, businessmen of both countries interest in several spheres of economy, as well agriculture, industry, food industry and mining sphere.
Mammadov says according to statistical data of previous year, the trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Indonesia was near $920 mln. Economic and political relations between two countries are at high level. This business forum will stimulate these links in the future.
Businessmen of both countries discussed the extension of relations between two countries and a presentation on Azerbaijan’s business environment and investment potential was held at the event.
