The process of electronic voting in the Kurdistan Region’s independence referendum for the diaspora Kurdistan started on Friday, Kurdistan 24 TV channel reported.
According to the Independent High Elections and Referendum Commission (IHERC), the e-vote for the Kurdistani diaspora to participate in the independence referendum will be on September 23, 24 and 25.
IHERC told Kurdistan 24 that the first electronic vote for independence referendum has been cast in China as the country has entered Sept. 23.
