Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan held a phone conversation with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, APA’s Istanbul correspondent reports, citing the Turkish Presidential Administration.
During the conversation, bilateral relations between Türkiye and Iran, as well as regional and global issues, were discussed.
President Erdoğan stated that they continue working on steps to strengthen the institutional framework of Türkiye-Iran relations in the upcoming period.
Erdoğan also congratulated President Pezeshkian on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.
