Baku-APA.Lebanon's Foreign Minister Adnan Mansour said Friday that his ministry has prepared a complete file about the Syrian refugees in Lebanon and forwarded it to the Arab League, APA reports quoting Xinhua.

On the eve of his departure to Cairo to attend Arab Foreign Ministers' extraordinary meeting, which was called for by Lebanon to discuss the Syrian refugee issue, Mansour said "it is a complete report that includes the notes and needs of all the concerned ministries, including the ministries of health, social affairs, labor and the higher relief committee."

He expressed hope that Arab countries would positively deal with the humanitarian needs of the displaced Syrians.

"We are in need of 180 million U.S. dollars to cover all the expenses, and this figure can only cover 200,000 Syrian refugees, not more," said Mansour.

According to the latest United Nations Higher refugees Council, 180,000 Syrian refugees are receiving aid from the Lebanese government and non-governmental local and international aid agencies.

The Lebanese government has proposed a plan to the United Nations and donor countries, requiring a financial aid of 380 million dollars.
