Baku-APA. Israel informed the Palestinian National Authority (PNA) Tuesday of adding new facilities to the delivery of goods to the Gaza Strip, where rival Hamas movement holds sway, APA reports.

The addition include allowing more supplies through Kerem Shalom, the only commercial crossing point between Gaza and Israel, said Nazmi Muhana, director of the Palestinian Borders and Crossings Administration.

Starting immediately, the Palestinians will be able to import empty cooking gas cylinders, four new truckloads of fuel, two more cooking gas shipments, and increase the number of weekly car imports to 125, Muhana told Xinhua.

Israel will also provide an additional telecommunication line to Gaza.

Last week, Israel and Hamas, the militant group that does not recognize Israel, said they held indirect talks, mediated by Egypt, to further implement a deal that ended eight-day clashes between the two sides across Gaza's borders in last November.
