An Iranian delegation will soon travel to Qatar for consultations on the implementation of the Iranian-American memorandum, but no meetings or negotiations with US representatives are planned, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei announced, APA reports.
"In accordance with the US obligations under paragraph 10, the American side has issued the necessary permits, and monitoring of these obligations is currently underway. Regarding paragraph 11, its practical implementation is also underway. In this regard, an expert delegation from the Islamic Republic of Iran will be sent to Doha this week," Bagaei told reporters.
However, according to him, the visit of the Iranian and American delegations to Doha simply coincided in timing; no negotiations or meetings were planned.
