More than 4,530 people, including civilians and military personnel, have been injured in Israel since the start of the war, 678 of whom are minors, Israel’s National Public Diplomacy Directorate told APA.
It was noted that the death toll in Israel since the beginning of military operations stands at 19. Of these, 15 people were killed as a result of attacks by Iran and Hezbollah: “One person was killed by friendly fire, and another died while attempting to enter a shelter.”
Two Israeli soldiers were killed during ground operations conducted in Lebanon, while most of the injured sustained minor wounds.
It was reported that 4,829 civilians from 41 different municipalities have been evacuated from their homes, which have become uninhabitable.
According to the information, in-person education has been suspended in many parts of the country.
More than 10,000 bombs have been used in operations carried out by the Israeli Air Force against Iran, while over 2,000 Hezbollah targets across Lebanon have been struck so far.
It was also noted that more than 140,000 Israelis who were abroad before February 28 have returned to the country.
