Baku-APA. Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu is to make an announcement early Sunday regarding the Turkish F4 fighter plane shot down by Syrian forces, APA reports.
State television news channel TRT Haber said Davutoglu would make his statement at 10:30 am (0730 GMT), dpa reported.
The minister met Saturday with the military and security service chiefs, as well as Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
