Baku – APA. The United States House of Representatives has approved a bill authorizing sale of lethal weapons to Ukraine, the Ukrainian Embassy in the U.S. announced on its Facebook page.
The list includes lethal defence systems.
The bill states that the U.S. cannot recognize Crimea’s annexation to Russia and that the U.S.-imposed sanctions on Russia will remain in force until the Minsk agreements are utterly fulfilled.
The bill will have to be signed by the president after being considered in the Senate.
