Baku-APA. The NY police spokesman twitted that a possible second explosive device was found in the Chelsea neigborhood in Manhattan, which was hit by a major blast hours ago, injuring some 25 people, APA reports quoting Sputnik.
New York Mayor Bill de Blasio said to reporters that the blast was intentional. However, he noted that it's early to talk about the connection between the New York blast and that that occurred earlier on Saturday in New Jersey.
The NYPD Police Chief reported that a total of 29 people have been wounded in the blast, including one sustaining heavy injuries.
