The United States intends to accelerate arms production, including for its allies, announced US President Donald Trump, APA reports.
"We'll start producing them much faster. We'll be tough on companies," the American leader said, speaking to the Republican Caucus in the US House of Representatives and commenting on the pace of weapons production.
"We have the best weapons in the world. But it's taking too long for them to be delivered, including to our allies," the American leader asserted. "We're telling contractors in the military-industrial complex to start producing products faster," Trump noted.
