The newly elected President of the United States, Donald Trump, stated that he has made "little progress" regarding the resolution of the war in Ukraine. However, he did not provide further details, he made this statement during a speech to journalists, APA reports citing CNN.
During his speech, Trump stated that the number of casualties "on both sides" (Ukraine and Russia - ed.) is likely much higher than previously reported.
"We’re trying to get the war stopped, that horrible, horrible war that’s going on in Ukraine, Russia, Ukraine. We’re going to get a little progress, it’s a tough one, it’s a nasty one, it’s nasty," Trump said.
