In the final days of his presidency, Joe Biden is scheduled to visit New Orleans as the city recovers from a deadly terrorist attack on Bourbon Street that killed 14 people and injured 35 more, APA reports citing Fox8.
According to the White House, Biden is expected to land in New Orleans on Monday.
A white House source says that President Biden and First Lady Jill Biden will meet with victims and their family members, as well as community members affected by the attack.
Officials on all levels are also expected to meet with the president next week.
