The first hearing has been scheduled for October 17 in New-York.
Note that, 8 people were detained in Houston on October 2, under the charges of illegal microchip export from the US. They were accused of spying and exporting high-techs from the US without any relevant license. Totally, charges were brought against 11 people, only 8 of them were detained. Azerbaijani citizen Sevinj Taghiyeva is also among the detainees. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan has confirmed the information.
