The U.S. has violated two clauses of the memorandum signed on the settlement of the conflict with Iran, Mohsen Rezaei, military adviser to Iran's Supreme Leader, wrote on social media, APA reports.
According to him, the U.S. violated the first clause of the memorandum by supporting the activities of its affiliated forces in the region, and the fifth clause by the continuation of tensions in the Strait of Hormuz.
"The U.S. violated the first clause of the memorandum by supporting the actions of its proxy forces in the region, and the fifth clause by continuing tensions in the Strait of Hormuz," Mohsen Rezaei said.
He stressed that Iran will give a "harsh and decisive" response to this.
It should be noted that the U.S. confirmed a day earlier that it had carried out strikes on Iranian territory. Tehran, in response, announced that it had attacked locations where the U.S. Armed Forces are stationed.
